Many people always come in contact with their eye either by rubbing it with hand or blowing through it but that's not the remady .
First don't rub your eye with your hands otherwise you end up making your eye red and even putting more debris into your eyes
First:-
-wash your hands thoroughly
-then rinse your eyes with lukewarm water
-if you have contact lenses in your eyes remove them
-then wash the contact too
NOTE:-If symptoms persist seek a doctor's attention cause eyes are sensitive.
