Materials
For this small project, you will need two round magnets, some copper wire, a solid base or platform e.g. wood or Styrofoam.

Procedure
1.The first thing to do when following through with this project is to cut out your base into a square or a rectangle. It is on this base that the other constituents of the free energy generator would be positioned upon



2.The second step to perform is to carefully place the first round magnet on the left side of the platform.
3.The third step to perform is to place the second round magnet on the other side of the platform but make sure it is not too far away from the other magnet. In fact just make the distance between the two magnets about 3 centimeters from each other.

4. After this has been done, make an effort to glue the magnets to the platform so as to prevent the components of your free energy generator from falling off the platform

5.After this has been done, you will the take your copper wire and spin it around the magnets individually as many times as you can but not less than twenty times.

6. After doing this,you will then proceed to pick up the ends of the copper wire and attach it to your appliance. Note that the rating of the appliance should not be more than five volts. So for this I suggest that you should use a brushless DC motor.


7.Connect both ends of the copper wire terminals to the wires of the DC motor.
If you have done this right, you should notice the DC motor begin to spin.

After a failed doping test, Nigeria stands to be stripped of the gold medal in the women's relay 4x100m at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Tobi Amusan and Rosemary Chukwuma were part of the gold-winning team. Favour Ofili was also part of the winning team. Grace Nwokocha was not included in this team.

It was learned that the Athletics Federation of Nigeria had been notified of the development by the World Anti-Doping Agency, as the confirmation of the B sample is still being awaited.

As a rule, the team would be stripped of the medal and the performance, if the athlete is not exonerated.

AFN president Tonobok Okowa confirmed the report with Saturday PUNCH.

He said the federation had begun an investigation of the matter and would make its position known.

“The letter from the World Anti-Doping Agency just reached the federation today (Friday) and we are shocked to hear this for the first time. We risk being stripped of the 4x100m Commonwealth Games gold we won in Birmingham,” Okowa told Saturday PUNCH.

“But we will carry out our investigation. Although an athlete is responsible for anything that has to do with doping, this is not a good development for us.”

The AFN boss, however, declined to mention the name of the athlete involved, saying the AFN would make a public statement after concluding its investigation.

“No, I can’t disclose the identity of the athlete now because we need to confirm exactly what happened and conclude on our findings before making a public statement.

“The matter is still being investigated and it’s not yet confirmed. What we got is notification letter, so, that everybody concerned will be ready for their defence, “ AFN head coach Seigha Porbeni added.

Alhaji Tukur Mamu, who was negotiating between bandits and the families of abducted passengers of the Abuja-Kaduna train, has been reportedly arrested in Cairo, the capital of Egypt.

According to news reports, Tukur Mamu was arrested alongside his family members on his way to Saudi Arabia for lesser Hajj.

He was detained at the Cairo International Airport for 24 hours and is being repatriated to Nigeria.

Update on Abuja-Kaduna train attack: The terrorists who attacked the Abuja-Kaduna train in March and abducted scores of hostages are still holding several of the victims contrary to a rumour making the round that all the captives have been released.

Tukur Mamu, who negotiated the release of some of the abductees, said it was not true that the terrorists have released all the captives.

The gunmen have been releasing the hostages in batches allegedly after collecting ransoms from the relatives.

The latest set of hostages was released on 10 August when six family members of a former military administrator of Kano, Idris Garba, and one other woman were freed.
