 Controversial Afrobeat artist Burna Boy has responded to criticism from hip-hop, R&B, and Afrobeat artist Eedris Abdulkareem during an interview. In the interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, Eedris Abdulkareem expressed his disapproval of Burna Boy and asserted that Davido is the true Odogwu, citing Davido's societal contributions and numerous accomplishments. Abdulkareem specifically called out Burna Boy for his statements, labeling his claims of never receiving support in Nigeria for his music career as "stupid talk." In reaction to Abdulkareem's comments, Burna Boy took to Twitter to retaliate, blaming those who demonstrated solidarity by contributing to his medical bills. He also prayed to have a physical encounter with Eedris.  |
