Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, recently expressed his disappointment over the failed marriage of his junior colleague, Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha.

During an interview with Chude Jideonwo, Pete Edochie revealed his shock upon learning that the actress had separated from her husband. Additionally, he disclosed that he is aware of several other Nollywood actresses who have also ended their marriages.

“If you come to our industry today, most of our girls who got married sme years ago have all left their husbands. From beginning to the end, I am eve shocked to learn that Chioma Chukwuka has also left her husband. Ireti Doyle, Tonto and others. You take a vow when you get married for better or for worse and not for better or for us. We always think it’s greener on the other side, that’s the same mistake we all make”.
