American singer, Usher Raymond is now on revenge mission over over allegations that he infected an unidentified Georgia girl a herpes virus.

The singer has reacted to the $20 million suit filed by a Georgia girl who claims he gave her genital herpes back in April.

In Usher's legal docs, obtained by TMZ, he notes her lawsuit says nothing about if she had been tested before their alleged sexual encounter. He says, "A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her."

And, Usher says, she might have contracted the STD following their alleged experience.

However,Usher didn't assault the lawsuit by saying he could not have given her herpes.
His lawyer also says there's no origin for the girl to covertly file her lawsuit.
He's asking the judge to throw her out lawsuit.
