It's no secret that the internet was abuzz with the dirty secrets of Nollywood stars, over contradicting candidates' choices in the 2023 presidential elections.

Yoruba faction of Nollywood stars has taken to Instagram to wash their dirty linens on how they were being sponsored by politicians, who, according to them, 'stood for them during trying times.'

Kolawole Ajeyemi posted a message on Instagram urging his colleagues to behave maturely, as they are role models for their followers who look up to them.

“In everything we do please, let’s always remember who we are and what we are doing. Let’s remember we are also role models to someone somewhere and people out there are looking up to us everything going on right now will surely pass and please let’s not do things that will later affect u,” Toyin Abraham’s husband wrote on Instagram.

Following this, netizens took to his comment section to slam him for not cautioning his wife from voting for the All Progressives Congress candidate, Bola Tinubu.

Many contradicted the actress for following her choice of candidate, which is right under the law.
