I cup of grounded fresh pepper, I cube of Maggi star, 12tbs of v.oil 2 ripe plaintain Method of preparation 1.Dice and fry the plaintain. 2.Boil the gizzards 3.cutand fry it lightly brown. 4.make a pepperish sauce 5.add your fried plantains and gizzards in the pepperish sauce and mix well. 6. Garnish and serve with a cold drink.... Enjoy!!! |
