Ingredients - meat, stock fish, ogbonor (blend) crayfish ( lend) pepper, salt, maggi.
Procedure - wash your meat and stock fish Season it with Maggie and little salt add water to it allow to cook when the meat is cooked. While the meat is on the fire put the ogbonor in a plastic bowl and add oil to it, put it in the pot of meat so that the steam will melt the ogbonor. When it melted and the meat is cooked pour the ogbonor into the pot of meat and stir, allow it to cook for some minutes, if it is too tick you can add little water. Your ogbonor soup is ready to go with any swallow.
