 Man Caught And Beaten To Stupor After Stealing Generator In Rivers (Photos) A young man who indulged in stealing generator has been apprehended and beating in Rumuodara Portharcourt,the state capital of Rivers State. He was captured after he moved into an event centre to steal a generator. He had been dealt with and handed over to the authorities for further investigations.
