The late Ghanaian soldier, Major Maxwell Mahama has finally been laid to rest in a military funeral ceremony.
Several Ghanaian important personalities including the Vice President of Ghana, Mahamadu Bawumia, former President John Mahama, members of Parliament and other State officials attended the state burial of the gruesomely murdered soldier.



Friends, family and hundreds of mourners were on hand at the venue to witness the late Major Maxwell being given his full military honors.
The late soldier was a victim of a public lynching after a woman gave a false alarm while he was on a jogging exercise.
