When I think about what is going on in the labour market and the corporate world these days I wonder whether most employees understand the game they are into.
If you're an employee, pay attention as I will reveal to you 3 secrets your employer don't want you to know:
1. He loves you, just as he loves his car
When your employer wakes up in the morning, he thinks of fuelling his car. Washing and keeping the car in good shape is also his concern.
This shows how much he loves the car, right? You know more than I do. His affections for the car is because he wants the car to carry him from A to M and to Z.
Our forefathers say, "The affection we have towards the chicken is not genuine. We only want her to grow, so that we can eat her."
It should not have been so in the human-human relationship, but unfortunately, most employers simply "love" you because they need you to lay the eggs, to be productive.
Does your employer *truly* care about you? Only few does!
2. He knows you cannot be rich working for him
Ha, why am I saying all this now? But I think it's true, isn't it?
Labour unions love to fight for salary increment. Even after that increment, most people still remain poor. Why is this so?
Two reasons; First because of inflation. As you're asking for 15% increment in your salary, your cost of living is preparing to increase by 30%, so having #40,000 added to your salary will only make some difference the first few months your receive it. After then, it looks normal again.
The second reason is because, it's actually very hard (near impossible) to be rich working with two hands or working 10 hours a day.
To be rich, you must be able to work with 20, 50, 500 hands, and more. You must be able to work 1,000 hours in a day.
Now some people are wondering, "How can I work with 500 hands? How can I work for 1,000 hours in a day while there are only 24hrs in a day?"
Well, until you figure out how to LEVERAGE on other people's hands and other people's time, there is no way for you to be rich (except by fraud, you know).

Every rich man knows this but the poor will never know. Nobody has ever become rich with two hands and 24hrs.
This has been the principle of riches from the creation of the world. Did you know that Abraham was very rich? Ok. I know you read your Bible.
But how did he became rich? You probably don't know. I'll tell you.
Abraham had over 300 servants (Read Gen. 14;14). These servants worked for him, altogether thousands of hours, every day (even while he was sleeping). That's how he became exceedingly rich (plus the blessing of God, of course)
You were told that Jacob was very rich. Esau and many other Biblical rich men, all were working thousands of hours per day (by leveraging on others).
Take your time to go through the history of the richest men ever since the creation of the world. You'll notice the same trends. Sam Walton had over 2.5 million employees, Bill Gates employed hundreds or even thousands, Dangote has thousands of employees.
No matter how hard you work, you cannot be rich working with your two hands and 24hrs. Your employer knows this but he won't tell you, until tomorrow.
You gonna learn and master how to leverage on other people's time and energy or you remain poor.
3. Your employer knows you can be like him (or more than him)
Today as I inspire my fellow Africans to dare life, to live their dream, to stop complaining, I see some acting, dreaming and pursuing their dream of financial freedom.
If you forget everything I have shared with you, don't forget these three things; Your employer (most of them) really don't care about you more than he cares about his car. Second, you cannot become rich working with two hands and third, you actually can be a business owner..
Though it's not easy, it's possible, if you're willing to pay the price.
