Drama As Vigilante Prevents SARS Operatives From Arresting Dino Melaye

Major drama ensued yesterday at 8th fidau prayers of the late Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Buba Jubril, at Lokoja, Kogi State.

Operatives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS were unable to arrest a senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye at the event.

Dino was declared wanted by Nigeria Police over his implication in handing over illegal weapons to a kidnappers who promised to be his thugs.

SARS' operatives stormed Kabawa Primary School, Lokoja, venue of the fidau prayers, in attempts to detain Senator Melaye but were awe-struck as neighborhood vigilante men surrounded him and made it impossible for SARS operatives getting close to him.
