In accordance to the information gathered, the Chief Magistrate N. A. J. Ogunbona of the Ibadan Magistrate's Court, Iyaganku- Ibadan, Oyo State capital, Monday, berated rapists from the Nation.

She left the condemnation whilst ruling in a defilement case brought before her against a 52-year-old man, Mr. Gabriel Olaniyan.

Olaniyan was accused of having a nine-year-old girl.

Arraigned on a one-count cost of having carnal knowledge of this minor, he told the court how he lured the girl to a secluded place using N10 biscuit before r*ping her.

He, however, denied that he committed the act for ritual purpose.
