Lagos based man. Mr. Akeem Adisa has caught up with the wrath of law after he was accused of tearing his mistress, bra and pant.
The mistress, Yinka Adebayo denied him s*x and so in anger he tore her pant and bra in order to forcefully have access to her br*asts and private.
This happened at Mushin Road Isolo, Lagos where the victim, Yinka Adebayo resided.
Adisa who dwelt at Idowu Street at Egan area went to Yinka's home in the night to satisfy his s*xual appetite.
After he got there, it was already late and the victim was angry with Adisa for arriving by that time of the night. Police sources said Adisa started handling her br*asts but the victim wasn't in the mood for the romp and so she denied.
In anger, Adisa ripped her pant and bra and tried to have his way but Yinka raised alarm which brought the neighbours and she denied him before neighbours.
The matter was reported to the authorities at Isolo Division and Adisa was detained that night and detained at the police station. The victim also brought the pant and bra as proof to demonstrate that Adisa perpetrated the offence and they had been retained as exhibits.
The police afterwards charged Adisa before a Lagos court sitting Isolo over the indecent assault.

He pleaded guilty.
The things -- the pant and bra were brought to court as exhibits which will be tendered through trial.
Thus, the Presiding Magistrate, Mrs. O.A. Teluwo granted Adisa bail in the Amount of N50, 000 with a single surety in such as sum.
The prosecutor, Mr. Oje Uagbale did not object to his bail condition.
