Based on the reports gathered, a man named Mike, 31 who is a tenant lured his neighbour's daughter known as Ruth to his room with N20 before sleeping with her in Bayelsa state.

The mother who heard the shout of her daughter rushed to the crime scene to rescue her only to find her with pillow stocked to her mouth by the abuser.

The suspect has since been arrested and is now in custody in Akenfa Police Station Yenagoa.
