 A Facebook user known as EEye took to his page and narrated how the incident happened in Uganda on how the elderly man was beaten by a local councillor for stealing a pumpkin. â€Hunger & Poverty bite hard in Sheema District, 70-year oldman caught stealing a pumpkin, in photos LC1 C/man decides to punish the old man with canes.
