Comic American actor, Kevin Hart has emerged the fastest man in the world after defeating Usain Bolt on a beach race,

Kevin Hart who is known for his short stature, beat Usain Bolt, who is currently regarded as the fastest man in the world, in a race – only after having a 30m head start.

Usain Bolt retired from professional racing in 2017 and has expressed interests in playing professional football with a club like Manchester United if contract is well sealed.
