Ebony Reigns, a Ghanaian dance-hall singer and three other were on board a Jeep, when it collided head-on with a VIP bus going the opposite way.
Aside her been dead, two other people were reported dead and one of them is a Ghanaian military personnel and one other person inside the car that involved in the crash.
