New report emerging revealed how a Toyota Camry was assaulted by some hoodlums on motorcycles while a distress call was placed to the Benue state police command along Makurdi-Gboko street.

The driver luckily drove into the Police Training School, where a Police Response Team immediately met him according to the information gathered.

Inquiry revealed the Hausa family was heading into Calabar from Makurdi, but had a punctured tyre at Wannune, in which the hoodlums attacked them. Although, the automobile was damaged and none of the occupants sustain any injury.
