The notorious kidnapper in Kogi state, Halti Bello along with 20 of his gang members terrorizing Okene-Lokoja street, Okene-Kabba street,Ajaokuta axis Of Kogi state and responsible for the recent kidnapping and murder of a Portuguese expatriate and lots of innocent Nigerians in Kogi and Edo States were detained by IRT and Kogi State Police Control.

Several AK47 riffles and other weapons were recovered.Force Public Relation Officer FPRO CSP Jimoh Moshood paraded the kidnappers before the press in Lokoja today.
