Ongoing fuel scarcity has generated lots of issues in the country, some group of soldiers have been reported killing a boy at the filling station according to a twitter user.

So a soldier beat a boy yesterday, hit his head. All because of fuel. Anyway, the boy died before morning. Another hope cut shut, dream killed. A family thrown in into mourning a day to Christmas. Over "fuel" something we aren't supposed to lack. I'm hurt. �
