Filmmaker Ruth Kadiri has issued a direct caution to fellow movie producers, advising them against employing any of the actors she has trained within the industry.

It's worth noting that Ruth Kadiri received accolades for introducing fresh, young talents into the movie scene, who have since become prominent figures in Nollywood.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Ruth Kadiri made a firm assertion, alleging that certain movie producers resort to purchasing YouTube views to maintain their relevance.

Known for her prolific output of films on YouTube, the director conveyed this stern warning on Friday night via her Instagram story.

Additionally, she suggested that producers should opt to nurture their own talents and cultivate their channels organically rather than relying on already trained actors.

She wrote: “IF YOU KNOW YOU’RE ONE OF THOSE BUYING VIEWS ON YOUTUBE! STOP CALLING MY ARTIST!!

“I WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU DESTROY! ONCE THEY APPEAR ON YOUR CHANNEL THEIR RPMS BECOMES MESSED UP! I WILL NOT WARN YOU AGAIN! IF YOU CANNOT GROW ORGANICALLY, GROOM YOUR OWN CASTS. THANKS.”
