23-years-old student of Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology was crushed to death by her boyfriend in a Accommodation in Bondo town.
Valerie Apondi was killed with a panga by her lover after a quarrel and left lying in a pool of blood.

Reliable sources confirmed that Valerie's baby daddy, Collins Oluoch assaulted her with a panga and then escaped but he was later detained.
According to the caretaker of the accommodation, both reserved the accommodation at approximately 8pm the exact same day Valerie was murdered.
Close friends of Valerie disclosed that both were in continuous battle.
They'd been dating for at least 3 years.
