Singer Simi reveals the moment she knew her eyesight were bad by ayodeji11(m) : 6:01 am On Feb 10 |
Singer Simi recently took to the X platform to share the moment she became aware of her poor eyesight. In response to a query from a netizen named Shalom, she recounted discovering her vision issues while applying for her driver’s license. During the application process, she was asked to cover one eye and read a specific text, which revealed her poor eyesight. Simi expressed disappointment in herself for not realizing the extent of her vision problem earlier. Her response was prompted by Shalom's question, "People who wear glasses, when did you realize you needed to get your eyes checked?" Additionally, in a January 2024 interview on the Tea with Tay podcast, Simi discussed her belief that couples should cohabit before marriage. Drawing from her own experience, she shared that she and Adekunle Gold lived together before tying the knot. Simi emphasized the importance of living together to understand each other's behavioral patterns before marriage. Also recall that back on the 13th of January 2024, Simi and her husband, Adekunle Gold celebrated their 5th wedding anniversary with the sweetest love messages. Sharing adorable pictures of each other, they also used the opportunity to release a song that they worked on together. |
