Nigerian artist Bella Shmurda has issued a caution to his friends and family, urging them to respect his boundaries in 2024 to avoid being disconnected from his life.

Through his Twitter account, he publicly warned certain individuals not to provide him with reasons to sever ties with them.

Speculation has arisen that his statement may be linked to the challenging experiences he faced in 2023, particularly the tragic loss of his dear friend and brother, Mohbad.

Bella Shmurda remains steadfast in advocating for justice for those who mistreated Mohbad during his lifetime.

In the current year, he has chosen a new direction for himself, emphasizing a commitment to moving forward and leaving the past behind.

He wrote;

“To Friends nd family moving on 2024
Is a personal year for nd for me alone
To those I have supported alhamdulilah nd to those I haven’t may God help us
But don’t give me a reason to cut u off respect nd boundaries are important”
