Renowned musician Davido responds to the public outcry from Nigerians regarding the attendance of well-known TV personality Toke Makinwa and others at the ongoing COP28 Climate Summit in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Earlier, numerous individuals voiced their discontentment with Nigeria's sizable 1411-member delegation to COP-28, with many online users particularly criticizing the presence of socialite Toke Makinwa at the summit in Dubai.

In the midst of the widespread criticism, Davido took to the internet to share his perspective, stating that any Nigerian currently in Dubai might be hesitant to share their photos due to the fear of facing criticism, as people might assume they are also attending the conference.

He further commented that while he finds the outrage over the delegate list amusing, he appreciates the reaction.
