A Nigerian national who is 26-years-old has been arrested over 260-gram heroin worth Rs 26 lakh that was seized from him according to the police on Monday, November 27.

The accused identified as Justin, hid the medication from sound speakers to prevent detection by the authorities.
He had been detained on November 24 near Dada Dev Khel Parisar, Palam, Dabri Road, Delhi when he came to deliver the substance to someone.
He had been earlier detained by Punjab for drug smuggling. After finishing his sentence, he transferred to Delhi and began providing heroin there.

He began exporting clothing to Nigeria in Ludhiana, but he endured losses, the authorities said.
In this period, he came in touch of natives who introduced him to medication, and in addition, he started swallowing heroin.
Gradually, he began supplying narcotic material to his friends authorities said. He had been detained by Mohali Police in 2015 and was convicted by a court there.
He came out from prison in May, 2017 and arrived at Delhi. Since he had been jobless and hooked on heroin, he again began supplying heroin to make fast cash.
