Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has generated online buzz by sharing her altered perspective on the possibility of becoming a second wife.

During an interview with her colleague Debbie Shokoya, the Yoruba actress, who publicly announced her divorce earlier this year, expressed her openness to the idea of being a second wife.

Toriola, a single mother, emphasized her willingness to embrace life as it unfolds, discarding any preconceived notions about her marital status. She further conveyed her readiness to consider a union with a widower or someone who has been previously married and has children.

The actress said: “I used to have the mindset that I can’t be a second or third wife but that has changed because I’m after-one now.

“If I see an after-one like me too or a widower, I will marry him. What matters is my happiness”.
