 Gaza is currently gripped by panic, fear, and widespread turmoil as Israel escalates its airstrikes in the most intense bombing campaign of the conflict thus far, according to Rushdi Abualouf of the BBC reporting from Khan Younis. Communication in and out of the Gaza Strip has been disrupted as both internet and phone lines have been severed. Israel has additionally announced an expansion of its ground operations. |
