Nollywood actor Yemi Solade recently revealed that despite dedicating 46 years of his life to acting, he continues to face challenges in his career. He made this revelation during the premiere of Kunle Afolayan's new movie, "Ijogbon," where he offered advice to aspiring young actors.

Solade emphasized that many young individuals are drawn to acting for its glitz and monetary rewards but are often unwilling to invest the necessary effort.

During the event, he conveyed his perspective, stating, "When young people approach me and request, 'Daddy, make me a star,' I tell them that if I've spent 46 years in the industry and still face struggles, then what more for them? They must be prepared to pay their dues and master the craft, so that the craft can, in turn, reward them appropriately."

It's worth noting that the actor had recently posted a cryptic message about battling depression on his Instagram page, which garnered responses from his fans.

In the post, he shared a picture of himself appearing distressed along with hashtags related to depression.
