The Balogun family, famous for their association with the renowned Nigerian musician Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun, has officially unveiled the funeral plans for their beloved mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, who sadly passed away on Friday, August 18th, 2023.

The confirmation of Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun's passing was given by Sunday Aare, Wizkid's dedicated manager, who conveyed the family's profound grief over the loss.

Since then, thorough preparations have been underway to ensure that her memory is commemorated in a grand and respectful manner.

An online flyer has been circulating, disclosing the comprehensive funeral arrangements for the late Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun.

The series of ceremonies will kick off with a wake-keeping and tribute night scheduled for Thursday, October 12th, 2023.

The actual funeral service is set to take place on Friday, October 13th, 2023, at the RCCG City of David in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun is survived by her husband, Alhaji M.O Balogun, who is undoubtedly mourning the loss of his life partner.

She is also survived by her four children: Yetunde Balogun, Omolara Balogun, Olubusayo Balogun, and Ayodeji Balogun, the internationally acclaimed music sensation known as Wizkid, and her grandchildren.
