Afrobeat sensation Davido Adeleke has broken his silence following criticism from NFF President Amaju Pinnick for his no-show at a paid performance.

Pinnick had publicly disclosed that Davido was paid $94,600 and a $18,000 private jet was arranged, yet the singer failed to appear on stage.

Davido responded to the allegations on the micro-blogging platform X with a light-hearted tone, chuckling at the claims and asserting his intention to perform without being deterred anywhere in the country.

“Make I no talk. Dem go feel it. NOBODY CAN STOP ME FROM PERFORMING-ANYWHERE IN NIGERIA … WARRI I WILL SEE YOU SOON .” he wrote in sequential posts.
