Adunni Ade, a renowned Nollywood actress, has conveyed her joy about motherhood, emphasizing that it has enriched her strength in all aspects of life.

On Wednesday, Adunni used her Instagram account to post a video in which she pleasantly surprised her eldest son, D'Marion, with a birthday cake as he celebrated his 16th birthday.

Adunni remarked that parents bear the responsibility of both shielding their children from life's challenges and equipping them to face them head-on.

She wrote: “We cannot protect our children from life. Therefore, it is essential that we prepare them for it.

“Being a Mother has truly made me stronger in every aspect of life. To see them smile, grow, and conquer every stage of their lives! A feeling that I can’t put into words.

“I thank God for blessing me with such wonderful children! Both myself and the boys do thank you all for the well wishes.
