Social media is abuzz with reactions following the Tribunal's decision to remove Thaddeus Attah, a Labour Party lawmaker representing Eti-Osa Federal Constituency.

It's worth recalling that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) initially declared Attah of the LP as the winner of the Eti-Osa Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives election.

This surprising victory generated significant attention on social media, with many allegations of Attah leveraging LP's influence to secure the position and facing legal challenges from opposing parties.

However, the Tribunal, which convened in Ikeja, Lagos State, has invalidated Attah's win. The grounds for this decision were that the election did not take place in approximately 40 polling units in the Local Government Area.

Consequently, the court has mandated INEC to organize a supplementary election in the 32 polling units within Eti-Osa, with a deadline of 90 days to do so.

Reacting to the news, while many rejoiced over the opportunity of Banky W winning the election this time, others noted how it was all a strategy to install APC into power.

Recall that while speaking on his loss at the election, Banky W shared a video of himself during Sunday service, expressing his heartbreak.
