Nollywood actress Rita Dominic and her spouse, Fidelis Anosike, organized a commemorative event to honor the memory of his deceased parents and brother.

As previously reported in 2021, Rita Dominic experienced the loss of her mother-in-law, Joy Emeta Anosike.

The passing of Mrs. Anosike was officially announced by the family in a statement, a confirmation that Rita Dominic also acknowledged.

Several months following her passing, the couple hosted an extravagant funeral ceremony in her honor. Notable attendees at the burial included Queen Nwokoye, Chacha Eke, Destiny Etiko, and Junior Pope.

Two years after her death, the couple held a memorial service for her alongside her late husband, Elias Mordi Anosike, who died 42 years ago, and his brother, Benjamin Chukwudi Anosike, who died 32 years ago.

The service was held on Sunday, 27th of August, 2023 at Immanuel Church, Umueri, Anambra State.

In a joint Instagram post, the couple shared clips from the service as Rita bade them farewell, accompanied by a white heart emoji.
