In a recent Instagram post, Falz shared a video of himself engaging in exercise routines as part of his rehabilitation.

Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged the significant challenges he has faced over the past few months, enduring considerable pain. Nevertheless, he remains determined to persevere through the discomfort and has experienced deep emotions during moments of solitude.

He expressed sincere gratitude for the immense love and support he has received, highlighting how it has been a driving force in his recovery journey.

Pain. A lot of it.
But I have also refused to stop pushing through the pain!
