 Aniekan James has been put on trial by the Akwa Ibom State Police Command for allegedly killing his 35-year-old only son, Odudu James. Olatoye Durosinmi, the state’s commissioner of police, revealed this while presenting the suspect and 268 other people who had been detained for a variety of offenses. He claimed that Aniekan had killed several people in the states of Lagos and Abia. The suspect, according to the police chief, was detained on June 16, 2023 by members of the Ukanafun Division. ‘On June 16, 2023, one Aniekan James of Ikot Ndot village in Ukanafun LGA was arrested by the Ukanafun division for shooting his 35-year-old only son, Odudu James, who had been engaged in a verbal altercation with him,’ he claimed. The suspect is suspected of being a serial killer who has killed people in the states of Lagos and Abia. |
