Grammy award-winning Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu aka Burna Boy, has replied to his colleague, BNXN, who questioned whether he performed a ritual to afford his expensive car.

In a video, Nigerian Afro-fusion singer, songwriter, and record producer BNXN expressed admiration for Burna Boy’s luxurious car while inquiring about his source of income outside of music.

BNXN, who posted the video, asked Burna Boy, “As in when you’re not doing rituals, are you whining me, you go open school.”

Burna Boy smiled and reiterated that “Kanayo O Kanayo” is the secret to his wealth.

Kanayo O Kanayo is the nickname of Nigerian actor Anayo Modestus Onyekwere, who is known for playing the role of a stereotypical money ritualist.

BNXN shared the video on his Snapchat with the caption “Haha, my dad fr” and added a love emoji.
