Ini Edo a renowned Nollywood actress and producer experienced an emotional moment when Shantytown movie received 10 nominations from AMVCA.

She was happy but noted that she had expected a nomination and had never anticipated such an illustrious recognition.

Ini Edo acknowledged the support of all cast members and crew. She also thanked the audience for spreading the word about Shanty Town, referring to them as "the real MVPs".
