David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has revealed how much he spent on his last album.

In a recent interview, the award-winning singer disclosed that he spent almost $ 2 million on his previous album, "A Better Time".

Davido said that he spent $300,000 on his album and made three times as much profit.

He is thankful that African music is improving despite the extravagant amount he spent.

“My last album, I probably spent $ 2 million. I even spent 300,000 on this album and I made more in 3 days. It just shows me the level African music is going to. Things change”.

This isn’t surprising as Davido revealed he paid a hefty amount to shoot a music video for one of the songs in his new album with TG Omori.
