Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo took to her Instagram page to defend the integrity of actresses in the Nigerian movie industry as she claims that Nigerians should stop generalizing all of them as prostitutes because there are some who believe in hard work as well.

To further buttress her point, she reportedly said later and quote, "But it's true! No be every actress body Dey street ooo. Actresses are like every woman in general. Some nah ASHAWO, while some believe in hard work and Running different hustles. Even some are contractors who actually do major contracts in millions. Stop generalizing and selling all actresses Short! Enough is Enough!"

Nevertheless, her post has gathered controversies from netizens but some believe that she is right though because there are low key ways that people make money, women especially. Some use their influence to promote business, do adverts etc. Some smart ones even learn tech skills and are steadily freelancing.
