A video of veteran actor Taiwo Hassan who is popularly known as Ogogo chanting in Yoruba for the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu is presently going viral on social media.

In the video, we see Taiwo Hassan chanting in Yoruba for the win of Bola Ahmed Tinubu; an act that has sparked mixed reactions amongst his followers.

One Tobiloba wrote “I believed this man to have dignity and honor! Even though we have the right to vote for whomever we choose, given the current state of the country, only those who benefit from the APC government’s corrupt system will support them. Mo fi olorun Oba sęlęri, Òfò ni gbogbo wan ma see.”

One Timothy wrote “It’s not about poverty. Many of these Yoruba celebrities have benefited from Tinubu. So I think they are just trying to be loyal.”

One chic wrote “Honestly, I am not even bothered by their choice of candidate. After all, it is an individual choice. We all can’t support the same person. We all know the reason behind the support, so I don’t care. Na who dey rate them dey dey disappointed. Bhet, bhet, even though, even though!!! What in the kulodo is this? News recalls that this is coming weeks after his colleague, Olaiya Igwe, went naked on the beach to show his support for the presidential aspirant, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

In an interview with TVC ‘Your View’ host, Morayo Brown, he revealed that he was commanded to do it spiritually.

According to him, a voice spoke to him while he slept, and told him to prove his love for Asiwaju by going naked and praying for him.

“I was asked to stand up and do it spiritually. I have a gift of revelation by Almighty God.

Sometimes I see what God plans for me ahead before it happens.

I was sleeping that day and a voice came to me and said, “Please stand up! You said you love Asiwaju and he has been assisting you and I said yes.

The voice told me to stand up and go do it”, he said.
