Nigerian music legend Oluwatobiloba Anidugbe (known as Kizz Daniel) expressed gratitude to his fans for reaching his first 100 million views on YouTube with the hit song, "Buga".

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, since the song's release in May 2022 (Buga), the song has attracted the attention of both younger and older generations. It was ranked as the top song in Nigeria's Google search this year.

The well-known afrobeat star took to his Instagram to celebrate his great accomplishment and to share the good news with his fans for their support.

The 28-year old singer claims that this is his first 100 million views on YouTube content and that many more will come by HIS GRACE.

“Celebrate your success, no matter the matter it attracts more than 100 million views in five months. Thank you l am grateful.

“This is my first 100 million views on content on YouTube and many more to come by HIS GRACE, #BUGA”.

The singer stated earlier that "Buga" meant to "Show Off", adding that in this context, the meaning of "Buga" is to honor hard work, dedication, and accomplishment, not to extol arrogance or ingratitude.

'Buga' is undoubtedly one of the most popular songs in the country at the moment because it is the number one song on Apple Music's Top 100 Chart in the country.

The song, which featured Tekno, another top-class Nigerian singer, is one of the top five afrobeat songs in the world, as well as the most shazamed song in the world.

Kizz Daniel, a Nigerian singer/songwriter is best known for his singles "Woju" and "Yeba".
