Three secondary school students were arrested by the Ondo state police for allegedly conspiring to defile their classmate.

SP Olufunmilayo Odunlami (spokesman for the state police command), confirmed that the incident occurred. She stated in a statement that the 14-year-old was lured into the bush by her colleagues, who then proceeded to rape her.

“The suspects are students of Akure High School. They lured a 14-year-old student into the bush at the back of the school gate and gang-raped her.

The three suspects are in police custody and will be charged to court after the conclusion of our investigations'' Odunlami said
