Victor Samson, a 26year old man was sentenced to three years in prison for stealing bread and other goods worth N679,000.

Samson, who was brought before the Osun Magistrate Court, pleaded guilty.

Inspector Martins Gbenga (police prosecutor) told the court that the convict wasn't a first-time offender and that he had broken into multiple shops at Major Sawmill Junction in Ondo Road, Ore.

Some of the items stolen include packs of soft drinks, table water, a carton of wine, and 50 loaves of bread, among others.

Magistrate, O. A. Omofolarin convicted Samson, and sentenced him to three years imprisonment after he pleaded guilty to all four counts.
