Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has a word for those questioning his decision to be a Minister of God.

The actor gave a perfect response to those criticising his ministerial calling.

Days back, that the controversial actor had shocked many when he announced his calling into Ministry.

Yul, received lots of criticisms as many tagged him unfit to do God’s work.

Reacting to it, Yul stated that no one can understand why God chose him.

Bragging, Yul stated that he isn’t the regular Minister of God that would teach them what they want to hear and make money off them.

According to him, he was chosen by God to tell his people the truth and that truth is LOVE.

“Are you wondering why God chose me? Don’t bother, you may never understand it. I don’t even understand it myself. I guess that’s because it’s not my duty nor yours to understand it. My duty is to do his work & spread his message. God chose me from birth. I’m not your regular minister of God that will tell you what you want to hear and make money from it. I’m a man after God’s own heart. I’m a rugged minister of God. I was chosen by God to tell his people the truth. And that truth is LOVE. I’m not religious. I’m spiritual. Religion has divided us more than it has united us. You all will be hearing from me from time to time. As you go to church today and put your offering in church, remember the beggars and less privileged at the gate. They need your help

Actor Yul Edochie was in the news again as he announced his calling into Ministry.

Yul, took many by surprise as he announced, is calling to be a Minister of God.

The controversial actor, who has lost the respect of many following his adulterous lifestyle, is set to venture into ministry.

In a video shared on his Facebook page, Yul Edochie disclosed that he has a strong calling into Ministry, to serve God.

He claimed he was called a long time ago into ministry, but he felt the time wasn’t right.

However, the actor is ready to accept his calling and venture into ministry.

He stated that he called to preach the word of God through words and actions.

“I have a calling to serve God. I have a calling to be a Minister of God. I have a calling to be a preacher of God. You know, to be one of God’s Minister – to preach the word of God through words and actions. I have had this calling a long time ago, many years ago, but I always felt maybe the time hasn’t come, the time wasn’t right”.

This is the second time, the actor has revealed his calling from God.

Months back, Yul Edochie had revealed that God had called him into politics.

The son of Pete Edochie had shared a post online detailing how God was using his controversial second marriage scandal to prepare him for the Presidential seat.

Yul who wasn’t not allowing the criticisms affect him negatively, saw it as a means to achieving a goal.

In a post on his IG, he said God was putting him through all of these challenges to prepare him for the Presidential seat in Nigeria.

Defending his decision to marry a second wife, Yul said people do not understand that every action taken has a root cause, and that critics who do not live with him and his family will not not know what inspired his second marriage decision.
