Four siblings were abandoned by their parents following a divorce when Akwa Ibom State's NGO saved them.

This was disclosed by Child's Rights and Rehabilitation Network (CRARN), in a statement on Friday, October 28, 2022.

"Caleb is five years old and has three other siblings living with him in the CRARN Children Center. After their parents divorced, their father rejected them and their stepdad with his family couldn’t accommodate them. That made them to roamed the streets for several months before they were rescued. Caleb is now in Elementary 2 and he comes second or third in his class. He’s vowed to take the first position in his class this term."
