A local vigilante group, OSPAC, has rescued two abducted children and arrested a suspected kidnapper in the Ulakwo Umuselem clan, in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers state.

One Hyacynth Nawafor said that the victims, identified as Saviour & Joshua, were rescued over the weekend.

The suspect, identified as Onyebuchi Ugo, and his accomplice Mrs. Joy Amadi, were believed to have abducted the three- and four-year-old boys from Imo State.

The suspects allegedly specialized in abducting children and selling them to unknown persons.

The victims have been handed over to the police for further investigations and identification to enable them to locate their parents.

Mr. Nwafor advised families looking for their children to contact Okehi Police Headquarters, Okehi Etche, Rivers State.
