On Sunday, October 2, aggrieved governors from the Peoples Democratic Party met in Enugu for their next move.

The governors seeking the removal of the National chairman of the party, Iyiorcha Ayu, met days after the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar, met with the Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, in his private residence in Abuja, on Thursday

The Sunday meeting was attended by Governors Wike, Seyi Makinde (Oyo), Samuel Ortom (Benue), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia) and the host, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State.
