Lionel Messi who is a five-time World Player of the Year is to become a father for the third time, the Barcelona star’s wife Antonella Rocuzzo confirmed this on Sunday.

“Family of 5 #Blessed,” Rocuzzo posted on Instagram alongside a picture of Messi and the couple’s two sons Thiago (four) and Matteo (two).

Barcelona celebrity, Messi, 30, and Rocuzzo, 29, got married in their native city of Rosario, Argentina, in July in a celebration described as the “wedding of the century” by the Argentine press.

The life of Lionel Messi continues to improve.

After a legendary performance that carried Argentina into the World Cup finals on Tuesday, the Barcelona superstar and his wife have announced they are expecting their third child.

Antonella Roccuzzo  on Sunday shared the wonderful news with an Instagram picture of herself and the five-time Ballon d’Or winner with their children, Mateo and Thiago.
